WOLF 359 - The Alliance...

For several days in July, Blackpool became awash with people wearing brightly coloured wrist bands - mostly green. So much so, that several tram conductors started to announce "green wristbands stop" or words to that effect as their trams arrived at Norbreck!

Wolf 359 - The Alliance was probably the Babylon 5 convention of the year. Almost all of the cast, several of the off-camera crew and of course "jms" were in Blackpool for the four day bash.

I'd been to last year's Wolf so I had a rough idea what to expect but this year I brought along some friends - Lesleyanne and David (who confessed to not even being a fan of the show beforehand!)

We arrived on Thursday, around lunchtime and after checking into our hotel, which was further from the Norbreck Castle than I had hoped, we set off into the town for food, drink, pressies and the Pleasure Beach - but not necessarily in that order...

I couldn't go to Blackpool without having a go on the new Sony Playstation - and a couple of other rides of course. Photographic evidence available... Virtual Blackpool
The Guests I did manage to take some photos of the guests. But if you were at Wolf the back of your head stands a very good chance of being in here somewhere...
On Saturday the Drazi War broke out, no blood was spilled (I think) though some beer certainly was - and corporal punishment was administered to those who err... seemed to like it! If you don't believe me take a look in here... Drazi War
